As growth and maturity develop through childhood and adolescence, strength and conditioning have a great impact on their growth and confidence as individuals.
THE PROGRAM:
We ensure we prescribe appropriate training according to their technical ability and stage of development.
Our strength goals are to elicit significant performance improvements in;

•muscular endurance
•power production
•change-of-direction
•speed
•agility
•balance and stability
•coordination
It also has positive effects on health (decreased cardiovascular disease risk), in addition to improving psychological well-being and helping to reduce both severity and incidence of injuries.
