As growth and maturity develop through childhood and adolescence, strength and conditioning have a great impact on their growth and confidence as individuals.
THE PROGRAM:
We ensure we prescribe appropriate training according to their technical ability and stage of development.

It also has positive effects on health (decreased cardiovascular disease risk), in addition to improving psychological well-being and helping to reduce both severity and incidence of injuries.
