Cassidy's first fitness experience outside of school sports began in 2015 when she tried CrossFit for the first time. After an injury in 2020 put her out for a few years, she stepped into BMH FIT ready to recover - and that she did! Cassidy is passionate about helping those who are driven to overcome the impossible to become the healthiest version of themselves - mentally and physically. When she isn't at the gym crackin' jokes and making members laugh, she runs her business as a copywriter while chasing around her daughter, Violet. Nobody leaves Cass's class without a smile, she makes sure of it!

I was born and raised in Casper Wy. I love this city and what it has and can offer. My only child is Andraya and graduated from high school 2023 and currently going to Chadron State in Nebraska while being enlisted with the Army Reserves. I currently work for Banner Health as an IT Business Analyst and have worked at the hospital for 22+ years. I have a Personal Training and yoga instructor certifications.
I became a coach cause I love motivating people to move and watch them progress no matter how small or big! Allowing to share on the knowledge I have gained through my years of training.
