This is known as prescribed. It’s the standard we try to progress every athlete towards. This track is for anyone with 24-36months+ of experience and mastering their technical skill and aerobic capacity.
The intermediate track is for those who have proficiency in our foundational movements but are leveling up their technical skills and drills. This track is for 12-24 months+ of consistency. We want to build onto their foundation and test their stamina, speed, power and strength in a calculated way. All our data is measured and tracked to ensure a safe progression.
This track is for everyone! Beginners, de-conditioned, if you just want to move to feel good and for those coming back from injury or hiatus can all find a start right here!!
We ensure this track builds the 9-foundational movements and bodyweight strength to keep you moving safely for years to come. We put emphasis on learning, and practicing endurance and progress you based on your consistency and wildness to do hard things.
